The dual steel wall construction makes it durable and hold in the heat while the shape of our grill causes the heat to flow around your food for more even and thorough cooking. When using lump charcoal, wood chips, or chunks, the smoke surrounds your food, adding more flavor to your food. The dual air dampers allow for better heat control than Kamado cookers, one is located on the top, and one is located at the bottom of the base of the grill. Quite a Que is versatile. It has two retractable stainless steel shelves which can be lowered when the grill is not in use for easy storage. Also, our grill is on casters for easy mobility. It also comes with an electric rotisserie set, which includes a wide ring so that the grill can accommodate even a turkey. The motor is encased in metal to make it more durable.
